  • 1/3 due upon signing of the Service Agreement
  • 1/3 due upon presentation of three (3) qualified candidates
  • 1/3 due on date the candidate begins the service relationship with you
  • Priority Search is a blend of the Retained and Contingency Options and is the most popular choice amongst our clients. It is best utilized for mid to high-level positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. A project team will work with you until the position is filled. Our replacement guarantee will be for 60 days and candidates will be offered exclusively to you for periods of 30 days are:
  • 1/3 due upon signing of the Service Agreement
  • 2/3 due on date the candidate begins the service relationship with you
  • Contingency Search may be used for one or multiple openings at low to mid-level positions when a particular profile is constant and sense of urgency is low to medium. Our replacement guarantee will be for 30 days. No exclusivity of candidates is offered with this search method
  • On Demand / Contract Staffing Solutions. Limited time or short term projects require unique talent. We can determine who the best talent is available at the right time for you.
  • Personality Assessments Tools. "What were they thinking?" We can help you answer that question with a variety of research tools that will help you better understand your current team members and how they prefer to work. We can also utilize these tools to determine the best qualities and characteristics for success during the recruitment process. We can offer these services at a substantial savings.
  • Relocation Assistance Program. Hiring talent is only one part of the recruitment process. Making sure the family and the relocation process moves smoothly reaffirms the quality of your company's first impression and paves the way for a strong partnership with your employees. We are able to provide a free relocation expert to manage the process while providing additional savings on moving expenses.
